  • Active Student Data: We keep your registration and attendance data throughout the validity of your class package plus an additional 2 years after your last check-in to facilitate package renewal and progress tracking

  • Accounting & Tax Records: Transaction and payment data are retained for 10 years to comply with Thai accounting and tax regulations.

  • Marketing Data: We retain your contact information for promotional updates until you withdraw your consent

  • Media Content: Photos and videos used for marketing may be retained indefinitely on our social media platforms unless a specific request for removal is made
