Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all students and instructors, we have the following policy:

• On-time Cancellation: To receive a refund, you must inform us at least one day before the event, no later than 17:00

• Late Notification: If notification is received after 17:00 the day before the event, a refund will not be applicable.

• Rescheduling: If you miss the cancellation deadline, you are permitted to reschedule your session to another available date within your package's validity period

2. Refund Process

To process your refund, please provide the following details:

1. Bank Account Number and Account Name 

2. ID Card Number (เลขประจำตัวประชาชน)

3. Address according to your ID card
